Test: manual - get a bubble, go to that apps bubble settings screen,
               observe the colors look correct, switch theme and
               check again.

a0b2bcb2e0 Remove 'Media' type Audio output in Hearing devices settings 
Root Cause: Media type Audio output has inconsistent result with Output Switcher, and it needs to be resolved from Audio Policies API.
Please see more details in b/279003337.
Solution: Remove 'Media' type in Android U temporary.

63d37a3d78 bt: Add late bonding confirmation mechanism 
If a coordinated set member is bonding late the user will be notified and
asked for confirmation on pairing with this device. The dialog box will
display specific message for this case.
