22ab05b420 switch SIM refactor to support MEP 
To create new dialog for MEP. It is a simple UI for testing,
not the final version.

3943de1579 Turn off deep link components by default 
We should only enable necessary components when
device supports the split activity feature.

Test: Enable/Disable components and make sure things work well.

644a2b9bc6 Fix overlapped problem in SuW two panes mode 
- The previous preview page will overlap the right pane in RTL language.
- The root cause is the false value of the clipToPadding and
  clipChildren.
- Use the TTheme.DeviceDefault.Settings.

629611a43e Handle csip set member automatic pair in Setting 
Move the set member handle to setting. SystemUI and Setting have the
individual settingLib instance. If we trigger pairing inside settingLib,
the action would be called twice. SystemUI does not contain the concept
to handle the pair interaction. Setting would take the action to
createBond for CSIP automatically.

would be done automatically without the pairing dialog

4d0cc7a1e3 Fix ACTION_ONE_HANDED_SETTINGS breaks CTS IntentTest 
The CTS test will check new added intent is expected or not
android.signature.cts.intent.IntentTest#shouldNotFindUnexpectedIntents

If the new added intent should belong to allow list,
we should add it into
cts/tests/signature/intent-check/DynamicConfig.xml

However, in One handed mode case, I think it's make
sense to define in settings provider
frameworks/base/core/java/android/provider/Settings.java
