- remove "Pair new device" row

75e8f5ea6c Implement new design of Bluetooth card 
- show only up to 2 connected devices
- show the Bluetooth toggle only when it's off
- remove subtext
- when bluetooth is on but there is no connected device, show the row
  "Pair new device"

8e3c49123d [Wi-Fi DPP] Refine Wi-Fi DPP UI layouts with SUW library 
1. Use GlifLayout in all fragments
2. Fragments use 32dp icon instead of 48 dp
3. Replace ScrollView & ProgressBar & Header & Footer of original layout with GlifLayout design
4. Remove ActionBar (no more back button on screen top)

It's now tinted in colorAccent.

ab0bc669ae Add prepainting background while swiping to dismiss. 
When users swipe the card, they will see a pre-painted background.
The dismissal view will appear in only after the swipe.

c5a1b4f666 Remove all reference to settings_side_margin. 
- since the overlay of the value for bigger screen has been removed,
the side margin is now always 0dp. Remove this dimen value and all
