72489725c6 Change superclass to InstrumentedFragment. 
- for fragments that do not implement the preference screen, change them
to inherit from InstrumentedFragment instead.

c58a88368f Convert encryption status to preference controller 
- Move Crypt/Encryption setting into security package.
- Reformat crypt_keeper_settings.xml
- Add controller and test for encryption status
