82be5f0c3f Misc fixes to search and UI. 
- Use prefContext to create preference.
- rename "Gestures" to "Gesture shortcuts"
- Add search keyword to individual gesture settings so when search
  "gesture" they also show up.
- call super() for all getNonIndexableKeys() in search provider

cbfe1eb881 Add title to SeekbarPreference content description. 
Adding a title to contentDesciption of the seekbar.
The title is helpful to indicate which seekbar user is changing when
talkback is enabled.

Also move SeekBarPreference from root package to widget packge.

5473f68cdd Add setting for the assist gesture sensitivity control. 
The sensitivity control is only visible when the assist gesture itself
is enabled.

Test: make -j RunSettingsRoboTests; manual test on supported/unsupported
      configurations.
