Add the ability to define a Preference Controller
in xml using the 'controller' tag.
This is useful for two reasons:
- It allows the controllers to be instantiated via
reflection for Slices and Dashboard fragment
- Removes the requirement that controllers be defined manually
in Fragments
In order to be instantiable, they must have a unified construction
following either:
ClassName(Context)
ClassName(Context, String)
Also added a robotest that verifies that all controllers defined
in XML follow the constructor schema, and extend
BasePreferenceController.

graph and the other is battery usage list. In usage list, each item
shows basic info of battery usage of one type(e.g. Apps, System)

Introduces stock colors (primary_color, primary_dark_color, etc) to allow
overriding the colors via resource overlays.
Creates new colorSecondary attribute and updates switches to use theme
attributes for foreground/background colors rather than hardcoded values.
Some other mild color cleanup to make things more straightforward.

Created setup_preference for sw600dp-land, modeled after
template_with_header in Setup Wizard. Copied over wide illustration,
which is again a placeholder and needs real graphics from UX.
Renamed SetupWizardHeader to SetupWizardIllustration. Added
aspectRatio attribute to SetupWizardIllustration that, will set the
aspect ratio of the top padding. If 0 or not specified, padding will
not be set.

Asset drop so Data Usage matches new Material spec. Removes time
dimension sweeps, so we now summarize the entire visible axis. Fix
time axis labels to not draw outside clip bounds. Remove pie chart.
No more checkboxes in menus. Telephony items like roaming are moved
back to cellular settings. Start wiring up multi-SIM support.

Most of this is done, the main thing missing is the color
of the bars which seems like a framework issue.
Note that this introduces a change to the global theme
making colorControlActivated the specified blue color,
which impacts all of the settings UI. (Except apparently
progress bars, and thus the bug.)

- build the search Index thru sqlite FTS4 (faster than FTS3)

used as an example)
Known restrictions:
- we cannot yet search for "dynamic settings"
- ... nor we cannot search for settings coming from an external App
(like the Phone App and its related settings that are surfacing
into the Settings App).
- will need a few other CLs to add more keywords (and have them translated)

Load foreground/background network stats, showing combined in chart
series, and also separated in pie chart. Padding to match spec,
updated action bar tabs, and limit width for wide devices. Also
clear UI options for requesting fragments. Move to action bar
overflow menu instead of custom icon. Show detail chart data outside
current inspection range.

When dragging vertical sweeps near edges, grow or shrink axis scale
to give users access to larger limits. Triggers 10% for each 250ms
that user continues holding. Change axis math to support arbitrary
ranges beyond [0,5GB].
Show "empty" message when no application details found. Added strings
that didn't appear in default language. Better sweep margins using
dip instead of scale units. Format time ranges in local time instead
of UTC. Only show dashed estimate when it would reach near warning
or limit. Extend app usage series until "now" when buckets missing.

Using template string, ask axis to build label for sweeps. Also
clean up margins exposed to parent view, since we offset when label
is larger than sweep drawable.

Switched to inflating chart views from XML, using attributes for
configuration. Start using drawable assets for chart components
instead of manually painting. Include hand-cut assets, and animate
between states when touched to invoke.
Clamp sweeps to valid chart ranges and prepare for sweep labels.
