2d57d002ae Update the API usage to get total size of devices 
StorageStatsManager fixed in StorageStatsService#getTotalBytes
So that we should change back to call the API.

27b3821313 Add Instant hotspot preference 
- Add Instant hotspot preference to Wi-Fi hotspot settings

- Wait onServiceConnected callback and then getSettingsState

- Use the PendingIntent provided by SharedConnectivitySettingsState to launch Instant hotspot settings

50da7feeb9 Battery usage page latency improvement (1-8) 
Save battery slot diff data into database in hourly job. Then read the
saved diff data and only calculate the remaining data. This could speed
up the battery usage loading.

Don't display aspect ratio options if app has opted out. If app has
opted out only for fullscreen, other aspect ratio options should still
be shown.

20ec9893d2 Move static UsageStatsManager from DatabaseUtils to DataProcessor to 
avoid reference from DataProcessor.

This is to fix the Accessibility tests hang issue.

0e23c4d41f Add list preference for BT audio device type selection 
Since BT devices do not populate the device type reliably we offer the
user the possibility to categorize the audio type of the selected
device. This is can be used by the AudioManager for enabling/disabling
the computation of sound dose.

0ca2e98773 Allow BAL from PrintServiceSettingsFragment 
This fixes the info button on the printer in the printer list (the call
is from the system (uid=1000) and needs to allow BAL to start the
activity).

This only opts in sending a single pending intent to the previous (pre U) behavior which allows BAL. Therefore the risk of the change is minimal. This was reported by an external partner.
