The preference summary is not changed after
users disable the triple tap shortcut by the confirm
dialog. It is due to the fact that the fragment doesn't
observe the settings value change.
To fix it, we add the settings key to observe the change.

Root Cause: "Open activity" Preference is not part of the widget SettingsMainSwitchBarPreference, so its UI style did not be inherited.
Solution: "Open activity" has different concept from switch bar, we need to manual set its bacground to comply with the SettingsLib style.

- Swipe the preview area will invoke the OnGlobalLayoutListener.
- Sometime it cause a flicker when scroll view scrolling up and

Copy most visiblity logic from the Dialer app
We should check whether RTT is supported or not by querying Telecom.
Also, the rtt configuration won't be initialized properly before
user goes into the RTT page.
Prior to this cl, we set a wrong default value when we're showing
the subtext of RTT, this is not correct.
Currently, we simple show nothing in subtext if RTT haven't initilized
properly.

Labels are Dimmer and Brighter. As the slider value is lowered,
the dimming intensity is increased
Slider min = 100 - intensity max
Slider max = 100 - intensity min
