1. Wrap the support_disclaimer_content by scrollview.
2. Change the layout in support_escalation_options using layout_weight.
3. Add styles in layout-sw300dp and layout-sw400dp
The target scope is between 300dp->400dp, so I add the default style
in sw400dp and changed style in sw300dp to cover it.

BluetoothPairingDialog no longer asks for a
pair code when the user only needs to
confirm that they would like to connect

1. Add a play button icon to show on top of the gesture videos when the
video is not playing.
2. Dynamically split the gesture video and description text in half
instead of using the hard coded value.
3. Hide the video view if animation is not available.
4. Delay removing the animation preview till the video starts drawing on
the surface texture.

Use an XML to define the categories that Settings will look for,
and surface enabled activities under those categories as suggestions.
When clicked on the activity will be started for result. If the result
is not cancelled, then the operation is assumed successful and the
suggestion is disabled. Users can also use an overflow -> remove
flow to get rid of unwanted suggestions.
