Dongwon Kang eedc4b5b7d TIF: change the column names to be consistent with other fields ...

1. Add _MILLIS for time related columns.
2. Remove PREVIEW_ prefix.
(COLUMN_PREVIEW_VIDEO_URI is an exception since the meaning is not
clear without it.)
3. Add _URI for COLUMN_LOGO
