Charles Chen cbf1be8150 Remove updateImeDisplayId ...

After InputMethodService migrated to WindowProviderService,
the display is initialized by getInitialDisplayId().
Therefore, we don't need updateImeDisplayId() to initialize
InputMethodService's Display anymore.
