Yohei Yukawa e302d2ea28 Fix a JavaDoc link to inputMethodClientHasFocus() ...

I forgot to update this JavaDoc in my recent CL [1] that moved
inputMethodClientHasFocus() from WindowManagerService to
WindowManagerInternal.
