songjinshi e02e3ea7f9 [Debug]: Add timeout for dumpNativeBacktraceToFile. ...

If the debuggerd be blocked, the watchdog and
activitymanager thread will be blocked when the
ANR or watchdog occurs,so we needed to add
timeout for dumpNativeBacktraceToFile.
