Hyundo Moon 0732c3ae8e Add a public method MediaMetadata.Builder#setBitmapDimensionLimit() ...

This CL replaces the copy constructor
MediaMetadata(MediaMetadata source, int maxBitmapSize)
with the new public method Builder#setBitmapDimensionLimit().

Also added a getter getBitmapDimensionLimit().
