shaoweishen ab7e8ff236 [Output Switcher] Sets TemporaryAllowList when transfer from local to ...

remote (or oppsite way)

app will create new UMO when transfer between local and remote,
and it will produce Exception if app is background, so set it
to TemporaryAllowList before start transferring.
