- Add @Nullable/@NonNull to input arguments for APIs
- Remove deprecated methods openBasicChannel(aid) and
  openLogicalChannel(aid)
- SecureElementListener is converted to a stand-alone interface
- serviceConnected() callback is renamed to onServiceConnected()
