Andorid lint was updated, and now includes some prebuilt classes compiled for java 15. The soong build doesn't support java 15 yet, so we can't have modules that compile against lint right now. Bug: 239881504 Bug: 236431222 Test: Presubmits Change-Id: Idc85e23438c1c5b1e7862312298e14e96cf2213e
