Following API feedback, make
ApplicationInfo.enableGwpAsan
ProcessInfo.enableGwpAsan
a @IntDef integers instead of @Nullable booleans.
Rename both, and the manifest attribute, to gwpAsanMode.
Turn the manifest attribute into an enum.
Fix manifest documentation to match the implementation.
