Optimize TextView#populateCharacterBounds
Avoid unnecessary calls of getPrimaryHorizontal/getSecondaryHorizontal,
this will make the method around 2 times faster.
Also avoid repeat calls of isPositionVisible, which reduces the
computation time around 5%.
