Yohei Yukawa bb9f624252 Use a bit more descriptive name for a parameter ...

The current parameter name "index" in
CursorAnchorInfo.Builder#setComposingText is a bit hard
to understand.

This CL names it with "composingTextStart" to clarify its usage.
