Jan Althaus ae5eb83a32 Update smart select metrics for new system event fields ...

We are now adding new system UI event fields specifically for smart select.
This CL adds corresponding new metric field values and changes the log
event building accordingly.

Bug: 67674199
Test: Manually tested that the logs are correct.
