Sailesh Nepal ab5d282dd6 Add wrappers around telecomm interfaces
This CL adds wrappers for:
  CallServiceLookupResponse
  CallServiceAdapter
  IInCallAdapter
  IInCallService

This CL also moves all the aidl files into
com.android.internal.telecomm.
