David Su ab2c291b46 CloseGuard: Fix JavaDoc code sample to use correct API ...

The code sample in the JavaDoc shows
`CloseGuard.get()` to create a new CloseGuard,
which is incorrect.
The correct API is `new CloseGuard()`.
