Susi Kharraz-Post 9b03367ad2 Add Status Bar State to QS click log ...

This is adding the StatusBarState to the tron logs for QS click to
answer the question if the quick setting was clicked from lockscreen.
The currently available states are
SHADE = 0
KEYGUARD = 1
SHADE_LOCKED = 2
FULLSCREEN_USER_SWITCHER = 3
For descriptions see StatusBarState.java
