Kenny Guy 8942bcd6ea Remember userId when stripping / rebuilding notification. ...

ApplicationInfo.uid isn't enough because when system
posts notifications it Context.getUserId doesn't match
userId bit of ApplicationInfo.uid, so put back the
mOriginatingUserId.
