Kurt Nelson 7d5c07a561 Improve StrictMode CTS Testing ...

* Pass a full object instead of just a string. I will be adding more
detailed assertions making sure cross-binder violations work.
* AOSP format the test class.
* Update to modern junit.
* Lambda-fy.
* Load ViolationLogger in Zygote.
