Robert Carr 6ce9ffb2cd SurfaceView: Lock mDeferredDestroySurfaceControl ...

Since mDeferredDestroySurfaceControl is the same underlying
object as mSurfaceControl we also need to hold the mSurfaceControlLock
when writing to it.
