Lajos Molnar 99f8072386 media: add annotations to low-level Media* classes
Also remove explicit runtime exception added to
MediaExtractor.setDataSource, as other methods don't
explicitly declare it.

Includes MediaCodec, Crypto, Drm, Extractor, Muxer, Sync.
