Alex Klyubin 6358b881f2 Handle KM_ERROR_CALLER_NONCE_PROHIBITED. ...

This converts KM_ERROR_CALLER_NONCE_PROHIBITED into
InvalidAlgorithmParameterSpec, as expected by the contract of JCA
Cipher.
