Tao Bai e8df27aec8 Revise createIntent and parseResult API. ...

- Both are move to FileChooserParams, remove UploadHelper class.
- createIntent only handls non-capture intents
- parseResult is the static member of FileChooseParams and should
  be used with createIntent.
