- snapshotAppData gets PackageRollbackInfo and updates pending backups
and inodes of CE user data snapshots;
- computePendingBackups/Restores is now merged into
commitPendingBackupAndRestoreForUser;
- essentially commitPendingBackupAndRestoreForUser now gets lists of
pending and recently executed rollbacks, computs what backups and
restores are pending and commits them.
