Chris Wailes ac8a4a093f Cleanup of ZygoteServer.java ...

This patch cleans up ZygoteServer.java:
* Remove unnecessary initialization
* Replaces a lambda with a method references
* Makes several values final
* Removes unnecessary type specifications
