Yay to ArrayMap, letting me get rid of a bunch of temporary iterators in core code paths like updateOomAdj. (Now I definitely need an ArraySet to finish that up.) Also clean up various other things that are doing unnecessary allocations, clean up some debug output, make more of the debug output respect package filtering.
