Ivan Lozano 2ea713530f Disable integer sanitization in gcIfManyNewRefs. ...

Prevent gcIfManyNewRefs from emitting runtime errors on
integer sanitized builds by disabling unsigned integer overflow
sanitization.

Test: Compiles, device boots.
