Artur Satayev 54af4fc42a Use new UnsupportedAppUsage annotation.
Existing annotations in libcore/ and frameworks/ will deleted after the migration. This also means that any java library that compiles @UnsupportedAppUsage requires a direct dependency on "unsupportedappusage" java_library.
