Artur Satayev d9b11b058c Use new UnsupportedAppUsage annotation. 
Existing annotations in libcore/ and frameworks/ will deleted after the migration. This also means that any java library that compiles @UnsupportedAppUsage requires a direct dependency on "unsupportedappusage" java_library.
