With phasing out config_roundedCornerMultipleRadius, the existence of
top/bottom rounded corners will depend on getRoundedCornerRadius(),
getRoundedCornerTopRadius(), or getRoundedCornerBottomRadius() of
RoundedCorners class.
The rounded corner sizes will also be simplified to use drawable size as
well.
