Cole Faust b331e4e254 Add -Xjvm-default=all and fix SuspiciousIndentation errors ...

Android lint is being updated, and now requires
custom detectors to be compiled with -Xjvm-default=all.

Also fix some occurances of a new SuspiciousIndentation
check.
