Andrew Solovay 8acb2e1342 DO NOT MERGE docs: Removing spurious end </pre> tag ...

Owing to a merge mixup, ended up adding a spurious </pre> where it
had no effect. Removing it just for hygiene's sake.

This doc error is only in oc-mr1-dev, not in master, so the fix
doesn't need to be merged.
