This ABI isn't well supported (and not easily fixed). Remove it from
the docs until we can make it more reliable.

The libc++ support is still pretty awful. We need to make it clear that
this is something people should only be using if they are confident in
their testing.
The test details are out of date (and I don't believe they were ever
correct), and always will be since this is under active development.
Drop the specifics and just list some big KIs. Also mention that users
should check the changelog for other KIs.

For testing, we use blockDocument and unblockDocument test mehtods to
control flow of DocumentLoader's background thread.
Previously testCancelTask may exit before the background thread goes
back from blocking, which causes InterruptedException.

This is a work around for b/28050538, casting these values to
floats should be unnecessary. Once this bug is fixed this can

When the device was sleeping, we get really really low values so
we can't use that as a filter for anti-falsing, or else the gesture
is extremely unreliable when the device was sleeping.

TEST: 'runtest frameworks-wifi' passes.
Although DisplayNameWithDialect seems to return friendlier, more
"casual" names (e.g. "American English"), the result was inconsistent,
and (at times) debatable. And since this setting affects not only
the language of the translation, but a locale, names like "Flemish"
kind of lost the whole "locale / location" idea.
So we revert to use DisplayName for all but a few selected locales
(that we verified are better with the "dialect" form).

SoundPoolThread queue is undersized, bump it up to 128 entries. This
improves the performance of loading camera by unblocking the thread that
asks SoundPool to load sounds. Longer term, an API for setting this
number of entries should be added.
