- When picking up a task view to dock it, we should animate remove the
dim on the task view so that when you drop it, there is no jump from
the dimmed version to non-dimmed app.

When booting in core-only mode, our data partition is a tmpfs which
doesn't support xattrs, so we can't set/enforce user serial numbers.

Google TTS currently does not support language auto-switching.
Also, not all languages are available in TTS at all times.
This means that TTS cannot properly handle text in other languages / scripts
than the current language.
Languages with different scripts would not be read at all, and the others
would be read with "bad pronunciation", to the point of being unrecognizable.
This change is not a full fix, but makes things slightly better by using
the default locale for the contentDescription in the language / region lists.
This might be a bit unsettling, as the label will not match the sound.
The label will show "Deutsch" or "Русский" and text-to-speech will say "German"
or "Russian" (for English UI), or "Allemand" or "Russe" (if the UI is French).
Might also say nothing, if the current UI language has no text-to-speech engine.
But this is the best we can do, and better that what we get if we do nothing.

While work apps will all be killed as we stop the profile user when
turning off work, this can sometimes take a while. So let's kill the
foreground apps as soon as work profile is being turned off to make
the user experience nicer.

Vendor may want to introduce their own ZWJ emoji sequence. To delete
them by one back space as the same behavior of Unicode emoji sequence,
use all emoji as the zwj emoji.

Previously, PersistentDataStore#switchKeyboardLayout doesn't allow
switching keyboard layout to null, which means default layout.
As a result, when no keyboard layout is corresponding to the new
subtype, previous keyboard layout continues to be used on switching
subtpyes.

This is a workaround for N. Ideally we should keep the band selection,
as directory may change very often, eg. during loading, or downloading
a file (every second).
