- removed GroupMessages API, groupchat messages are merged with messages. So where we used to have
GroupMessages.CONTENT_URI, now we have Messages.GROUP_MESSAGES_CONTENT_URI. Messages api now has a flag
IS_GROUP_CHAT to indicate that a message is a groupchat message.
- instead of storing 'provider', 'account', 'contact' in the messages table, store a 'thread_id' column instead.
thread_id is really just the contact_id for both messages and groupchat messages.
- add getContentUriByThreadId() api, for now, retained the old getContentUriByContact(), but it's deprecated.
This will ensure that we do not parse the data in chunks when passing it to the
LoadListener. Decoding in chunks can lead to incomplete sequences which will
lead to a failed decode.
Check for a cancelled LoadListener in StreamLoader and stop the load. This is
just a shortcut for downloaded or failed resources.
Cleanup some of the LoadListener code around resetting a few member variables.
Reset them in the status callback since that indicates a new response from the
server (or StreamLoader).

Fixes 1819406. Take a ListView, add headers/footers, set the adapter after at least one layout pass, and the headers/footers don't know they have a parent anymore. Which causes a lot of trouble, like drawing not happening.
This lets the searchable activity specify the number of
characters needed to trigger suggestions. Before, this was
hard-coded at 0. This caused unnecessary querying of the
suggestion provider in cases where the provider does not
return suggestions for empty or short queries.
The attribute is not yet public, pending API council approval.

The back key now dismisses the soft keyboard, and then the dialog.
The soft keyboard behavior is improved by having ACTV do the following when 'mDropdownAlwaysShowing' is true:
- touching outside of the drop down doesn't dismiss it
- touching the text field ensures the imei is brought in front of the drop down
Previously we had converted application/xhtml+xml to text/html because of bad
server data. Now we need to treat xhtml as xhtml to get svg to be interpreted
correctly.
Modified SQLiteQueryBuilder to allow caller-spplied column alias ("AS")
instead restricting to the keys of the supplied projection map. This is needed for
UNION queries where new columns may be created on the fly such as "1 AS flag"

Add support for changing a threads scheduler group. Three groups are available (default, background non interactive, foreground boost). Setting a thread priority to PRIORITY_BACKGROUND will transparently change groups to background
CL 147456 introduced support for HTML formatted search suggestions.
This is triggered by the value "html" in the SUGGEST_COLUMN_FORMAT
column. However, the code failed to check that the
SUGGEST_COLUMN_FORMAT column was present before trying to read it.
This resulted in an IllegalStateException being thrown when searching
with a suggestion provider that does not include the SUGGEST_COLUMN_FORMAT
column. This broke search at least in the Contacts and Music apps.

If a webpage suppresses keys from getting echoed back to the
browser app, then also disable select/copy when a key follows
a shift key press.
Also add in missing debug string to permit debug builds.
There are three major classes of changes here:
- Avoid writing lines where their values are often empty, false, or some other typical thing.
- Use partial writes to the PrintWriter to avoid creating temporary strings.
- Use StringBuilder where we need to generate real String objects (and where possible cache the result).
