e7cc53041d Remove exception whe Colorized notificiation uses COLOR_DEFAULT. 
This restores behavior of API 30 that ensures that ranking is unaffected by the notification's color.  Specifically, this allows apps to set COLOR_DEFAULT on Colorized notifications, which in future versions may result in using a system-provided (theme-dependant) background color.

2ae82e1302 Fix a serialization issue in sync op reporting 
If the application thread is not ready yet we cannot
get the package name and were shrt circuiting which
let to leaving the remainder of the payload in the
parcel breaking subsequent content reads.

2697018f70 Add an API method for clearing compat overrides on release builds 
This will be useful when we want to clear overrides for apps that are no longer needed regardless of the version that is installed on device, e.g., when an app is being uninstalled, when we want to rollback an override, or when we deprecate a change-id.

In addition, rename CompatChanges#setPackageOverride to
addPackageOverrides.

80bb00b977 Capture layer and children when calling takeSurfaceControlScreenshot 
When calling UiAutomationConnection.takeSurfaceControlScreenshot, it
should capture the requested SurfaceControl and its children. The
current code only captures the children. Therefore, call setChildrenOnly
with false to ensure it captures the parent, as well.
