5d9c7be84d Begin switch over to task based history. 
- Introduce the task history and add to and remove from it with
verification.

05d6272bad Add AppWindowTokens to TaskList. 
- Add/remove/move TaskLists from ActivityStack.
- Further isolate mHistory.
- Cleanup warnings by parameterizing ArrayList.
- Fix previous bugs.
