The terminal disallows USSD, SMS, Voice Call and Supplementary services
operations for numbers not in the Fixed Dialing Number (FDN) list when the
FDN service is enabled. FDN_CHECK_FAILURE error is sent from the RIL and the
message needs to be displayed to indicate the failure.

This is a new implementation of TTY support.
Previous implementation in commit aead64def1 is reverted.
The new method does not rely any more on the kernel headset driver to send a UEvent containing
current TTY mode.
Handle TTY mode change events received by HeadsetObserver and send information down to AudioHardware with AudioManager.setParameters()
Use setting "tty_mode_uses_heaset_events" in core config.xml to indicate if the product uses this particular
method of indicating the TTY mode change.
The previous workaround for this race condition prevented glitches by postponing drawing the SlidingTab until the internal state was consistent.
Unfortunately, the InCallScreen seems to trigger this most of the time if the keyboard is open or the last application was in landscape mode.
Instead, we'll handle this separately in lockscreen.
and add a note to the CAMERA permission stating that it enables
the <uses-feature> for camera.
This is an incrimental update for the 2.0.1 docs. More changes
to come for the 2.1 docs to include more features
This change allows applications to nest children RemoteViews
inside an existing set of RemoteViews. These nested views
are inflated and treated as addView() calls.
This change also allows ViewFlipper through RemoteViews, and
adds logic surpress flipping when the parent window is
detached or behind the lockscreen. Also fixes ViewAnimator
to observe the measureAllChildren flag when set.

To do this, we bring DigitalClock over from Clock into the
internal widgets. Its font, Clockopia, comes along for the
ride (find it in /system/fonts).
This change is required for relevant code changes in
frameworks/policy/phone.

You can no longer receive CONFIGURATION_CHANGED in a manifest, which is really really
bad (launching apps every time the screen is rotated!). A new LOCALE_CHANGED broadcast
is sent that you can receive in a manifest.

This allows us to adjust immediately when we receive a correct light sensor reading
after the screen turns on.
