f3851c1670 Docs: Migration of N docs to about/versions/ 
With the transition from N Preview to actual Nougat Release, this CL moves
the high-level overview files from the preview directory into the
about/versions/ directory, under which an archive of current and previous
Android versions' changes resides.

483abe2d8b Remove links to createAndInitializeUser() and createUser() 
These methods in DevicePolicyManager have been removed from the
public API in NYC.

Converting @link tags to @code to avoid error during JavaDoc gen.

2b903d08f0 update all hardcoded zippy images to use new Material icon (down-facing instead of right-facing) 
this is tied to I33a4ef90359838c02def90beb486e5a2dc21cbf7 which updates the script in kind.

628a00faa8 docs: Made javadoc references less ambiguous 
Paragraph had references to two different methods with the same
name (but in different classes). Qualified the method names with the
class names (Foo.doSomething(), Bar.doSomething() ) to make it
clearer.

a2991da0d6 Remove not needed contacts related perissions. 
Removing the read/write profile/social stream permissions as they
are not needed anymore. These permissions are for accessing data
nested in the conacts provider which is already guaded by the
read/write contacts runtime permissions. The removed permissions
would be in the contacts group which means they would not provide
more protection compated to read/write contacts. Also removing
the permissions voids the need for app op support for legacy apps.

Removed deprecated APIs for social streams as these were deprecated
and will go away in the next release. We want apps targeting M to
not be able to compile if still suing these APIs to help with
migration.
