When an app is running in portrait orientation, regardless of
what orientation display is in, IME shouldn't use fullscreen-mode.
Setting IME_FLAG_NO_FULLSCREEN in EditorInfo makes sure IME doesn't go
fullscreen.

After the pipeline changes to Pointer Capture, this CL cleans up the
following:
- The old way of notifying windows of Pointer Capture
(IWindow::dispatchPointerCaptureChanged) is removed.
- Tracking Pointer Capture in WindowManagerService is removed.
Bug: 141749603
Test: manual, flash crosshatch, pointer capture works.

Slow prefetch requests would block user interactive requests, creating
noticeable sluggishness and unresponsiveness in accessibility services,
especially on the web.
Let's make it so a user interactive requests stops prefetching.
We can't interupt an API call, but we can stop in between API calls.
On the service side, we have to seprate the prefetch callbacks from the
find callback. And we have to make it asynchrnous. It does dispatch into
the main thread, so the AccessibilityCache can remain single threaded.
When the calls are interupted on the application side, returnPendingFindAccessibilityNodeInfosInPrefetch checks the find requests that are waiting in the queue, to see if they can be addressed by the prefetch results. If they can be, we don't have to call into potentially imperformance application code.

Windows now request Pointer Capture using their InputChannel token
instead of their IWindow tokens.

Per API Council feedback, this method will not be exposed in the public
API. App developers will instead use the support library for this.
Rather than removing the method completely, it is marked with @hide so
that it can still be used in system code (e.g. RemoteInputView).

This is to let window provide tappable elements on left or right side.
This is useful when there's a task bar. The task bar needs to provide

Allows shell to have information on the parent container for tasks so it
can do things like attach other surfaces to it. E.g. split-screen
divider.
Also, have DisplayAreaOrganizer ctor take an executor so incoming calls
from the binder threads can be posted to the main thread.

Currently, we are dumping information on ViewRootImpl, but it doesn't
include some of the critical pieces. Add attachinfo information. Also,
attach a dump of a variable that determines whether the input events
will be dropped.

mPausedForTransition=false

mAttachInfo= AttachInfo:
mHasWindowFocus=true
mWindowVisibility=0
mInTouchMode=true
mUnbufferedDispatchRequested=false
