- Technically the IME window is above the Bubble window, but when
traversing the windows top-down for calculating the final exclusion
region for SysUI, the IME is placed just above its target (the
embedded task), and the Bubble's full touchable region effectively
overrides the IME's requested exclusion region

If the frames of insets source window and the frame of an app window
are changed in the same layout pass, we should dispatch the insets
calculated from the new insets source frames and the new app window
frame. So when the app frame is not up-to-date, we defer dispatching
insets to the app.
Fix: 160732586
Test: Add logs to check if we dispatch the correct insets to apps while
rotating the display.

The background color of splash screen starting window may depend
on the declared window background and the content if icon. That
may be expensive operations if the drawables are not using pure
color. Because the attributes to compute the colors are simple,
it only need a few fields to identify whether the incoming request
has been computed. So it is worth to cache them with very small
extra memory. The cache of a package will be cleared if the package
is removed or replaced.
It may save the creation time up to 20ms (depends on the complexity
of the drawable).

Test: atest StartingSurfaceDrawerTests#testColorCache
Test: Cold/warm launch app twice and compare the duration of
trace name "makeSplashScreenContentView". The second time
should be faster. Re-install the app and launch again,
the trace will contain "peekWindowBGColor" that means
that cache for the package was cleared.

Fixes an issue where you'd collapse the bubble
accidentally when performing back gesture in the padding
around the expanded view.
This means things will hide 'on up' rather than 'on down'
but I think that's fine / more expected behavior.
Removed some old code.
Test: manual - expand the bubble stack, open a 2nd activity in the
bubble, perform gesture back => 2nd activity goes
away & the bubble doesn't collapse

the default unless you've placed the stack on right
side beforehand)
=> observe that the update dot & badge are on the right
hand side of the bubble

bubble's flyout as animated away, add another update
to it
2) wait for the flyout to animate away, ensure the

* Add shadows back -- icon lib is no longer adding shadows but
bubbles should still have them for background protection.
* The shadow is active on all bubbles when:
- the stack is being dragged around & bubbles trail behind it
- the stack is expanded (the bubbles can be dragged to dismiss &
can show on top of the expanded view or overflow)
* When the stack is resting, only the top two bubbles show a shadow
& the bubbles below that animate their Z translation so the change
is smooth.
* Also put the # of bubbles we show in the stack in a static int &
updated usages
Test: visual - add 5 of the 'test bubbles' from the test app
and notice the white backgrounds don't blend together
due to the shadow & that they are distinct when
placed on a white background
- drag / fling the stack around & notice shadows show
for all the bubbles while moving but once they come
to rest you don't see a stack of shadows

This CL adds an extra layer with the same color as the app background
color when animating an app launch (e.g. from notification, QS, media,
etc). This allows to avoid a "flash effect" that could be caused when
the background color of the expanding view is bright, which is often the
case for QS tiles.

In performTraversals, "params" may be null. In this case we were
not passing params to the WM indicating no changes (an obscure
artifact of the protocol). In R the WM would simply ignore this
however our updateOpacity logic in S is treating null as "translucent"
it seems easiest to just pass mWindowAttributes directly avoiding
the null case. While the opacity was broken, it seems an animation
was added to StartingSurfaceDrawer which depends on having a translucent
window. We also update this code to request a transparent pixel format
as would have been required in the R API.
