Currently we are adding the metrics to find why there is a significant
drop in assistant successful queries for using trusted hotword. In the
metrics, we need to know which detector is used. In this patch, we
first provide the way to distinguish which detector triggered the
HotwordDetectionService.

The "legacy" fs-verity was introduced in P in Pixel 3 kernel. During
fs-verity upstream to Linux, the API has changed. During Pixel 4 / Q
development, fs-verity was upstreamed to Linux kernel. By setting
ro.apk_verity.mode = 2, device vendors such as Pixel 4 can opt in to
enable the support. The feature has become mandatory for new devices
shipped with R.
Since Pixel 3 family is no longer supported, it's time to remove the
dead code.

This method returns the total amount of time the battery was
discharging during the current battery session.
Also, fixing time units used in BatteryStats tests: they are
supposed to be microseconds, not milliseconds.

a. getUsbDataStatus: Allows caller to infer whether USB data is enabled.
b. getPowerBrickStatus: Allows caller to infer whether a power brick
is connected to the USB port.
The change also adds enableUsbDataWhileDocked systemApi to UsbPort to
enable Usb data momentarily.

been called since at least Android 1.5.
Let's remove it for now for simplicity.
