a4156b6f4d Allow ActivityEmbedding in APEX modules. 
Also this lib uses HTTP and doesn't declare it, so after manifest merge
the APEX module won't build.  Add the uses-library.

771b0061b7 Change package name for merging to SettingsLibWidget 
To have the modules merged to SettingsLibWidget, we changed the package
name in the Manifest to com.android.settingslib.widget

Test: WallpapaerPickerGoogle can successfully built after the merge of
modules

5f804ca298 Create an utils for embedding activity feature 
This is an utility class to access relevant embedding activity feature
supported by Settings.

Test: manual test
1) Run the apk built with this utils, and check some features work well
on large screen
